Candy + heat = not a great mix
Some candies (especially gummies, chocolate, and marshmallow treats) may melt during warm weather. We donât use cold packs or insulated shipping, and we canât be responsible for heat-related melting once your order leaves our facility.
Please keep in mind before placing an order:
- Check the weather if you live in a hot area. Waiting for cooler temperatures can help ensure your candy arrives in the best condition.
- Bring your package inside as soon as itâs delivered and let candy return to room temperature before opening.
Important: Melted candy canât be refunded or replaced.
